1. Whole Profile Fucoidan (WPF)
Low Glycemic Index (GI) diets are used to prevent the rapid increase of blood glucose level after meal. Pizza, pasta, noodles and breads are all popular foods made by grain flours. Unfortunately, they all have a high GI.
